I’m a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Thank you Madame President for all you do. We know your job is not easy, but you perform it with such grace, poise and professionalism. Also! I was in NOLA for our 54th National Convention. Being from Louisiana it was definitely the right call to end the conference early. I’m so proud we were able to donate over 17K meals to the less fortunate in my state. Awesome leadership, proud Soror!

@@lisalisa9085 Please explain. What do you mean? Walk into what blindly? And what is an oath of darkness? They make a commitment to do public service for the rest of their lives. What's so dark about that? I'm really trying to understand.

It is about step shows and parties. It is especially about maintaining an APPEARANCE of the black middle-class and upper-middle class. Yes, these organizations could be very powerful, when you see how quickly they pulled off air - VH1's Sorority Sisters. The Greeks weren't having it. Nevermind, Basketball wives and Love & Hip Hop were on for years prior, and there was no mass effort to get them off of tv. Why? Because it was those OTHER black people, and they seem to think their entry into such organizations makes them different. It was Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. that said anybody marching in Black Lives Matter marches or participating in protests could NOT wear their letters, just weeks after the murder of Mike Brown in the street, by a cop for NO REASON. GTFOH

I dont see what they do for the black community and for non-members. It's all about them and their Greek letters and nothing else. A bunch of Boule black secret society want to be like white people.

From what I was told by alot of Sorors, that did particular org is not about Sisterhood. They were about themselves. I was shocked when I heard this! To the Sorors of Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated, prove to those who are wrong and work on the Sisterhood that make you who are since January 13, 1913.
