16:55 very interesting argument. Honestly this is something about which Simone De Beauvoir also talks about in her 1949 book The Second Sex. That how these "gender neutral" clothes always happen to be masculine clothes. It is usually masculine clothes which are considered gender neutral and not the other way round.
