Simply because an eye witness with multiple inaccurate statements cannot convict a person for 35 years, "THAT'S FACTS" (jaii voice)... according to the last appeal, the eye witness recount placed vybz kartel at a spot X time when the hospital documents placed him at Y spot... them can use that fi argue the witness credibility amongst others... Once again the 35 years, without a body.... reasonable doubt comes into play and privy council aguh always take that into consideration.... they're big on human rights, and a them a still jamaica highest court..

I do agree that these are some ambiguous circumstances but I will say this, kartel is no angel, yes I know some of you will never accept that but thats the truth. The state did not prove without a doubt that he murdered anyone but he has his hands dirty with other incidents. (Klinsmann) so don't act like this man is a Saint. Not because you can't prove some one is a criminal it means that there not.

idk how the law system works in JA but usually, when it comes to murder convictions, the defendant has to be proven guilty WITHOUT A REASONABLE DOUBT. Therefore, even if there's a 1% chance kartel DIDN'T do it, they got to let him free, reduce his sentence or charge him with something else.

If the tampering of evidence is true the case will be dismissed especially now that’s it’s out of the hands of the Jamaican gov system and in the higher court. The overseas court don’t play when it comes to evidence, if the evidence is tampered with they will say “ that means more things could be tampered with just to put this man in prison “.
