I am unable to clean the filter easily. The dirt clogs the filter all the time and i am unable to collect proper volume of rain water. I use the brush given by the company and am not satisfied with the process.
Earlier it was working fine but now wasting more than 80% water as a waste. Frequently cleaning filter 2,3 days after the rain. How can reduce wastage water. Kindly let me know ...

By visual itself it is clearly known it's not open drain system. All dirt and leaves accumulates in the chamber then how can manufacturer claim its self cleaning ?

I have used 2nd one it's open drain, self cleaning, no valves required. Valve is optional, if entire flow of water want to divert to drain, valve which is provided at delivery line to be shut.
