Georgia's own Sir Jee, the creative alter ego of multimedia maestro Sergi Gvarjaladze, has made an unexpected return with the release of his genre-bending project, the "Faketivists EP". Released across all digital platforms, this EP is an eclectic auditory tapestry of tribal, ambient, world, hip-hop, psychedelic, electronic and experimental sounds, delicately infused with a touch of satire and leftfield elements. A result of Sergi's extensive travels and innate curiosity, the original track of the EP is rooted in the field recordings he captured during an inspiring expedition to the Indian states of Kerala and West Bengal in 2009.
