I'm an over 50 man and am getting fed up with your thumbnails. "99% don't know this...!?" and _you_ see what percentage are clicking and then NOT watching to find out why because you go completely against our mental reward mechanism. 1. Most long-form videos do not attempt to shame the non-sub'd 2. Mr beast gets views because his thumbnails can address their statement before too long [ typically meeting the first claim in the first few seconds and adding further 'high' points, all in a 12 min vid ] I could make the same statement and it is 100% true. Almost everyone knows something 99% of people do not know! It's so arbitrary.

As much as I would have hoped for a full sale of manchester united, I am happy of the prospect of Sir David Brailsford Joining. His experience together with Jean-Claude Blanc will transfrom the football club.

I've watched quite a few of your interviews, and have found them really enjoyable and informative, but I've never really warmed to any of the people you've interviewed ... until this one. He comes across so genuine to help and give his story, and he really made me feel that the little things really matter (which I get the opposite of in my job) and that's the right way to go if you want to be a high achiever. It drove home to me the amount I've been gaslighted for a long time by people who can't or don't want to achieve, and therefore don't want me to achieve and "outshine" them. I made two pages of A4 in notes of things I'm going to focus on and/or change. What a lovely, genuine man he is. To coin an over used phrase, we need a lot more in the world like him .... genuine

These are only a factor in a non team, non contact sport In a team contact sport its about faith and faith only You see in football you are not beating the opposing team, your beating Liverpool And Anfield has more faith than all the money and theorizing in the world Only the PGMOL can stop Liverpool and in the Morden game they have 3 other contracts, that are in line with stopping Liverpool

A truly mesmerising episode, i was lucky enough for Steven to post my comment about this upcoming podcast in his stories, thank you Steven #daymade. I will be watching this many times over because it is rammed full of amazing, elite performance information, especially about goals, time stamp 39:00 mins to about 43:00 mins about set the goal as a dream "Leave the dream over there, but go after the things i can do, then base your plan around around the things you can actually control" this is dynamite. I remember a line from the book 'The One Thing' i think, where it says something like 'forget the goal, just work the system and you will smash the goal". Of all the episodes this is probably my all time favourite

Loved this episode. Never heard of marginal gains before, but I was practising it without knowing it. Small things matter, but not sweating the small stuff. Unlike the saying, practice doesn't make perfect but the compound makes it better. Great episode. Thank you.

15:43 I think it's a wonderful thing that from the struggles you went through in your younger days, like Brailsford did, you don't let that experience go to waste and instead build something that others can benefit from. Says a lot about Brailsford character in that regard.

It’s very easy to think that people in Dave’s position are all tyrants and rule their staff with a rod of iron. It’s quite clear that it is not the case here, and that calm thoughtful voice helps no end. His legacy is well documented, and although I’m no football fan, I really hope he can turn Man U’s fortunes around.
