hmmm I noticed you did not show the main town or "city" as its known now, as when I went there in 1994 there was nothing there and very remote...now whether its changed much now is..well...unlikely. Also the road south was or maybe still is very very rough. Dumaguete to Sipalay is...very very interesting to say the least.
