Cebu siomai has two version, Tisa and Rama compound (with egg). The original sauce of siomai sa tisa no longer exist, first time I eat way back 2003 at nakaka addict sa sarap at anghang it was made of olive oil.

I love Cebu. Complete package talaga. From numerous tourist spots , beaches, food outlets and nightlife. Hope to go back there soon. If not for the pandemic, I'd be going there at least two times a year.

Pampanga food scene is over rated if you ask me.
Leona's is the best! Pair the cakes with tea. Their ube cakes are great too

By far Julings in Talisay has the best Tinuwa, a must try. They have been doing business since 1962. Btw, I am a regular customer of Part in Cebu City and Minglanella but Julings Tinuwa far better.
