Sinus Lift Kit being used guided

The Blue Sky Bio Fully Guided Crestal Sinus kit allows you to safely breach the sinus floor while keeping the sinus membrane intact. The keyless design of these drills matches exactly to the Blue sky bio fully guided surgical guide kit. When using the guided sinus kit, choose the Blue sky bio fully guided surgical kit as your drill kit in the planning software.

I used this kit last week with INCREDIBLE results. You can feel right when you're about to break the cortex since all of a sudden you feel a little flex. Then you know to get ready to feel the "pop" of breaking through to the other side. With the built in stoppers, it prevents you from perfing the sinus and you rebound back when you finally break the cortical bone adjacent to the sinus. I then packed using Cory's technique and got about 11-12 mm of lift! I actually wound up using the kit to make a second free hand osteotomy to get even more lift since my patient had fractured the adjacent tooth after the guide was fabricated. I raised a flap, EXTed the fractured tooth pretty atraumatically, lifted the sinus over my molar with the guide and sinus kit, took a PA and decided to lift above the premolar with a free hand osteotomy since I know I would have some major collapse over the EXTed premolar. It was so fast and easy and more importantly VERSATILE! Can be used with or without a guide (if you're confident). Since it was my first time and there weren't too many videos out about the kit yet, I no charged my first lift last week just so I could get a feel for it and create my clinical SOP; my patient is going to get 2 implants, so it was worth it to try the kit out on him. I was floored with how many fail-safes are built in. SO much easier than a lateral approach! Now I can't wait to provide this service to help my patients who really want implants but didn't have enough space and get paid for it. This kit will pay for itself pretty quickly since it seems like 1 out of 5 posterior maxillary implants need some lifting. I didn't place any implants on this first lift, but in the future, I totally will. I wish I could somehow share a picture here. So impressed!!

Hey, thanks for this comment. Im curious... 3 years later... What do you think of this kit and method now for sinus lifts? Are you still using it? Im early in my implant placement journey and want to be able to do lifts so I can do more implants. This kit looks like a perfect intro into the crestal approach...
