2 Corinthians 12:9-10

Living Godly by taking the Bible at complete face value like an amateur and not considering the fact that the Old Testament is obsolete for one, two, there are so many “rules” that modern day Christian’s do not follow today but are outlined in scripture that totally get glossed over. Wearing clothes of mixed fabrics, having long hair? Three, so many things are taken out of context and require a theological analysis to understand what is happening. Yet you zero in on a verse that originally meant being attracted to young boys and related to temple prostitution and use that to discriminate against folk who can’t change their sexuality and deserve to be happy too. Four, there are many LGBTQ affirming churches that embrace the liberation theology I am talking about and to ignore all of those findings and debunking that LGBTQ relationships are sinful is willful foolishness. You grew up conservative and you have a bigotry inside of you which keeps you from seeking the fact you may possibly be wrong. I’ve been coming to this church for 23 years and I am appalled you would speak against folk who can’t change themselves and deserve happiness. You do not represent love and acceptance. Everything you say is tainted because you do not love.
