​@@joshparrish2010nah it can't be Tom best guided the club to the national league South I would laugh if Tom best signed for a club in the national league South. Maybe he might go back to playing in the 7th tier or below.

Honestly i love the realism of this i know it really irritates people but clubs dont go fron teir 8 to the football league in 5 seasons and this just feels far more realistic and intereating

The problem with non league mods for fm has always been the inability to recognise how they generate funds, and how much of their income depends on this. I know the director of one of the other clubs you considered for this series and he was telling me just how big a thing England getting through to the Euro finals is for them, he reckons they'll make 5-10 grand on booze and food on Sunday.

I would suggest that there are 2 options for linking the midfield to the attack. 1. Replace one of the central midfielders with an attacking midfielder. This allows you to keep 2 up front. 2. Continue that search for wingers and replace one midfielder and one striker.

I got into premier league with a terrible team in fm22 because I had rhys williams who is like 6.5ft had something like 15 jumping reach and 18 heading and scored 20 goals in the championship from corners. I had this really bad French player who had really stat in corners, freekicks etc and was just finding him every time

I don’t understand the issue Kev, 5-3-2 (or 3-5-2 as I like to call it) has been my most successful formation this fm. I’ve got 3 off the beat centre backs in the world who concede less than a goal every 3/4 games. Four wingbacks who all have 16 or more crosses.. and a 6ft 7 giant up front with 19 heading and 16 jumping.. who scores a goal a game for fun. Is it pretty on the eye like tik a taka or gegenpress? No but it’s not something you see every body try and copy these days either.
