Pompano fish in tamarind soup base with miso is a pinoy comfort food that you can easily cook at home. It's a sauteed garlic, turmeric ginger, onion, tomatoes and miso with mustard leaves and pompano fish. I used unripe tamarind for a sour taste.
This is very easy to make specially for beginners in cooking.

Ingredients:
1/2 kl pompano fish, cleaned
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1 small piece turmeric ginger, crushed
1 medium, ginger, thinly sliced
4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
2 bundles of mustard leaves (mustasa)
miso paste
green chilies
ground pepper
oil for sauteeing
fish sauce to taste
