My 3rd Dream car 😍

I drove a 300zxtt for years with an XTD stage 3 six puck clutch and lightened flywheel, maybe stalled it once on a hill start. Everyone else who drove it, drove it once and wouldn't ever drive it again because they couldn't use the clutch and/or were terrified. My mechanic actually asked me how the hell I drive it on the street, I told him it's easy lol.

I'll have to check with Jerry to see exactly how he's set it up! It's a GPS speedometer. So, not quite as quick as an analog one.

Am I the only one who doesn’t like the sound, it’s raspy to me, I’d hate to have that clutch as well, for a street car, not hating jmo from what I can tell and hear, seems very unfinished eg no boot around the shifter. Imo heard better 2JZs, I think you can over do Supra like any car, though it’s personal taste so everyone to their own. Always still love seeing another MK4 Supra owners car or cars on channel though. 🤘

External waste gates don’t sound too good on many cars… I especially hate it on 2jz’s. Raspy is the perfect word for it, when you do an internal or route the external through the exhaust you can get a much cleaner sound. Not as monstrous sounding as an RB26, but you can let the exhaust create more of the sound to get a clearer sound for sure.
