REN was told that he needed a radio ready track for his Sick Boi album and this is what he came up with. And it did get played on the BBC radio station that announced his No. 1 album 😂

LOL, our brain was meant to go there. That was the idea hence the perfectly timed pauses, and the innuendos in the lyrics and the art work like a GLAZED donut, SPERM looking rockets, EXPLODING bottle and a train going into a TUNNEL

Losing It is also fun, plus his diss track reponse to King Dotta is funny

Since you've mentioned before that you appreciate his vocals, I would heavily suggest the live acoustic version of Murderer. It's stunning. Another non rap song is How to be Me (live version only) his other collab w/ Chinchilla. Thanks as always for your thoughtful commentary on your reactions. As an aside, Love Music pt 4 is very racey. I have no problem with it, it's cheeky, but not everyone does.

You should look up his busking performance from the band The Big Push, the most popular video is "I Shot the Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop", pretty dope!!

The next album to come is supposed to be more "singing", it wouldn't surprise me to have more songs like this 💜

Ren has a bunch of fun tracks. And he is the gift that keeps giving for Reaction Channels. Some of his other fun tracks are the Love music series. Murderer (despite the name) What You Want, Losing It, and a bunch of his band The Big Push.

you have to listen to his whole poppish album called Freckled Angels. You may be surprised by alot of songs on there.

Check out What You Want for more "upbeat" Ren.

He apparently from what I heard is annoyed at 5be the same light pip stuff u mentioned, so decided to make was that sounds light but makes u listen to the humor. Ironically this is one of two songs on his album NOT listed with a lyrical content warning, so I guess point made

His latest album is leaning a lot more into rap music and there are a lot of really good songs on it. A band he was in previously was one called The Big Push, there are a lot of KZread videos of them busing in the streets of Brighton in the UK where they do a lot of covers of various songs. That stuff is definitely worth checking out.

All I have heard is that the appeals usually go through and you should get at least half the revenue. Might take longer with the holidays. Ren is in the UK right now.@@AndreaSilvestro

Thank you. I like the lighthearted songs. I can’t listen to heavy songs all the time! Check out Down on the Beat ft Viktus. It’s a fun song as well.

you should just do the whole album

You definitely need to see more sides of Ren! One of my favorite songs by Ren is Power (one of Ren’s favorites too). It’s still got some heavy lyrics but in an upbeat way. It’s a vibe! And for some more pop/rock Ren you need to check out the Fire, Bullet, and Run Away on the Freckled Angels album! Several people have recommended the Love Music series as well. 1990s is another fun one.

Love this. There are militaries around the world that use acronyms similarly. For example, the US Army uses H.U.A. (Heard, Understood, acknowledged). Makes me wonder, given that in HI REN, at the end, he references shouting in an empty room about defeating the forces of evil. Made us think about taking an "Oath of Office" or for American military, vowing to "Protect and Defend..."

I suggest Fire or Power for a couple more fun songs.

The thing about Ren is that he has NO BOUNDARIES.

People always push back about it. But REN friend did an interview. Said they was told. To get the album to number 1. They needed a radio song on the album. If you watch the video he found out he was number 1. Listening to radio, this is song playing. So it’s hilarious he wrote this song. To be the radio song lol. It’s funny as hell

The deeper you delve into Ren, the more you'll realise that Ren has a genre on each degree of his compass, so 360......If you listen to almost any new track you'll be surprised. One thing he is NOT, is boring.
