Faouzia's family is of Moroccan descent and has no ties to east or southeast asia. just because she wears winged eyeliner and dark foundation, it doesn't make her chinese. sorry but this could be due to your lack of knowledge of popular makeup methods. Then you should go and tell only this person about it, tbh. Faouzia used to wear her hair like this only when she was little. It was one of the different looks of photo shootings Faouzia did some months ago. On the same day, she also pre-recorded the videos for Cosmopolitan and Seventeen. She suited her well and looked super cute, giving off cosplay vibes. I mean, why don't you say the same thing to Paloma Mami on Cosmopolitan eight months ago?
