Nice 🍚 Robo, too bad you missed out on the main attraction - should've hit up me and Xinhuan wtf la could've shared real rice together
Oh how I have missed the fresh lime juice. Thanks for bringing the memories back! :)
We are going to Singapore in a few weeks, will go here on your recommendation. Thanks for a great video.
After the Thomson East Coast Line opened in 2022, Maxwell Market is even busier than before due to the MRT stop right next to it.

Thank you for feedback, Much appreciated and keep a eye out on our future videos covering more of Singapore.
As a local, I'd choose Chinatown Complex over Maxwell for a wider variety and probably a little cheaper. But I'd say just do both if you could. The line at Tian Tian Chicken Rice is made up of mostly tourists as it highly recommended on guidebooks. In truth, there are tonnes of chicken rice stalls all over Singapore like how you easily you'd find meat pies and burgers in Australia.

We love it , Thanks for comment
Thanks to Anthony Bourdaine’s visit Tian Tian is highly over rated by tourists. Next time I’ll ask locals recommendations and try other chicken rice stalls for layover flights.

Yes we agree , Alot of chicken shops as good or better , someone can make it famous. We will sure to ask locals where to eat next time we are in Singapore. We want to get out into the suburbs and eat more with the locals. Thanks for feedback.
I gotta say I prefer the Chinatown hawker centre, but I wouldn't turn down the Maxwell street one :)
Next round try freshly squeezed sugar cane juice. A great antidote to the hot weather.
