chompfilmer it's cool that KEXP posted this video, but I do feel whomever did the sound board at the hostel didn't know how to properly mix the levels

HYPNOTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have a good creepy kind of feel. Lyrics that will find you deep in your own thoughts that make you feel ok for a bit and that SSling groove n style a sorta Velvet Underground after show party that does their own thing and could care less about the rock n roll dream because they're in ours! To be lucky enough to see them live would be like being a brushstroke on a canvas that gives those darker feelings of yours a straight jacket smile without the cost of a therapy couch or padded room.

Totally hate this version of Heart of Chrome.

Not necessarily a new sound, but they do it well though. Wish they focused a bit on stage presence though, unless they are going for a ded look. Jazzmaster guy is shoegazing really fucking hard, and Aux. percussion guy looks like he wants to die, gramps on the electronics looks bored af, and the only person going hard is the drummer, and the bassist attempts to.

The band is great, just wish the vocalist wasn't there, he makes me bored of the rest of the group with how bored he sounds. He is ruining the whole act for me. Maybe they are just not my cup of tea.
