What kind of noodles did you use? ...and aren't you supposed to put curry? Seasoning mix?

Should’ve added curry powder, apart from that i don’t understand the sensationalist comments being made it was a simple mistep

Spread your noodles on a paper towel or a clean kitchen towel to dry after they come out of the water. The moisture in the noodles is what makes them stick together (and to the wok/pan).

So rude. This does not look gross. Yes, missing curry powder but I doubt it was "gross"

I'm Singaporean and when I first had Singapore noodles in the States, I also wondered as to why I've never heard of this dish back in sg 😅. The dish is delicious though.

Huh? Eating one what? The noodles? Boil for 3 minutes then rinse under cold water. Idk why people soak these noodles. Boiling for a few minutes is the best option and then rinse under cold water. Then add to the end of the wok until heated through. Turned out perfectly for me. Don't "soak" these.. they get bloated and have a weird texture
