I'm in Bangkok planning to travel to Singapore tomorrow. I understand that before submitting the SG Arrival Card, I need to buy air tickets. The web site says that the processing time of the SGAC is 1-2 working days. So, I'm confused. What should I do?

Usually 1-2 working days i believe is intended for those who need to apply for visa. (Or just to encourage people to submit earlier than later.) Those who don’t need visa to enter usually dont need 1-2 days. I cant guarantee but if you dont need visa, higher chance u dont need 1-2 days. Usually a few hours. Hope it helps?

If add an informing system that person have to subscribe: Add Name & E-mail to Inform? If can happen, The database can only be read by?

No, you won't get the (stamp) Ink Endorsements on your passport, instead you will receive an email containing your E-Pass after clearing the immigration in Singapore.

If it is the Automated Clearance system, Yes, you need to go through again when leaving Singapore. As for Jewel, it is after you clear the system. Although Jewel is within the airport, but it is a public space, after clearing your immigration. So you can freely roam the Jewel at your own time in Singapore.

Since you only layover in Singapore, you won't have to go through the automated clearance, as you are still within the airport. But if you want to visit Jewel, you must first submit the SG Arrival Card and also had to go through the automated clearance too. If you don't have your boarding ticket for your next destination after Singapore from your departure airport, you might need to exit through the automated clearance too. In order to receive your boarding ticket from the departure hall. Please check with your airline whether they provide the ticket or need to exit the transit airport in order to get boarding ticket. Checking in and getting your boarding pass is within the departure hall. Please check with your airline whether they provide all the tickets since it is only layover in Singapore. Most airline or transit don't have to get separate boarding pass, as the ticket already cover you from your departure airport to your final destination.

@@intersempresak Only Biometric passport can use the ACI system. Normal passport cannot use the ACI system, it must have the biometric chip in your passport. you can check the logo at the front of your passport for the biometric logo.

When entering using the ACI system, scan your passport and facial/thumbprint as per shown in the video.
