This a great contrast video to show when comparing other shopping developments posted. This is an example of a successful and very lucrative investment. When compared to amazing projects like in Chengdu, NYC Hudson yards, etc....those are failing because they dont have the traffic or attract the demo needed for them to be profitable.

Orchard ION undergoing Phase 3 AEI. Changes include: On 30 September 2023, Rubi ION Orchard was temporarily closed, the space was closed for 18 day renovation. When 18-day renovation finishes, it was replaced by Cotton On Body, on 18 October 2023. It was the first Rubi store in Singapore, opened on 21 July 2009, expanded after H1N1 virus contained in Singapore; relocated in 2013 to replace Etude House; and cut down number of stores in COVID-19 pandemic. Note that Typo Bedok Mall and Cotton On Kids Bedok Mall's store closure is using the SGBUS poster "Store Closure from 27 September 2023", Rubi ION only use "Temporary Store Closure". Cotton On store was closed down on 27 September 2023 (that is a pop-up store).
