Terminal 1, 2 and 3 are interconnected via the Skytrain system, which provides a quick and convenient way to travel between terminals. passengers can access Jewel Changi Airport, a world-class lifestyle and retail complex, directly from Terminal 1 via a covered walkway. Terminals 2 and 3 are also accessible from Jewel, connected via pedestrian bridges.
Terminal 4 is accessible by a complimentary shuttle bus services from Terminal 1 and 2, which takes about 10 minutes.

1:02 - Automated Lane at Immigration
Currently, travellers from 60 countries possessing a machine-readable passport are permitted to undergo immigration clearance in Singapore via the automated lanes without the need for pre-registration. However, starting from the second half of 2024, all foreign visitors, irrespective of their nationality, will have access to automated lanes at all air, land, and sea immigration checkpoints in Singapore. Changi Airport has the world's second-best airport immigration system, following closely behind Seoul Incheon in 2023 according to Skytrax.

FAST is a suite of self-service options for departing passengers travelling with participating airlines and eligibility criteria apply.
First, collect your boarding pass and print your bag tag at the Automated Check-in Kiosks.
Next, tag and drop your check-in bag(s) at the Automated Bag-Drop Machine.
At the Automated Immigration Gates, scan your passport, boarding pass and fingerprint to authenticate your identity. This self-service function is available for travellers who have used the automated lane before.
Once you reach the Automated Boarding Gates, scan your boarding pass and have your photo taken. This option is available to passengers who have successfully cleared the automated gates at immigration. Passengers will have their photos taken at the Automated Bag-Drops, Automated Immigration Gates and Automated Boarding Gates for identity verification purposes only.
