Excellent flight review! A couple of months ago I flew the SQ A359 (Medium haul) from Singapore to Guangzhou and the in flight map was excellent - they displayed the tail registration number and the latitude and longitude. As well they displayed the time from departure and time to destination simultaneously. In addition to this, you can find out the information on nearest cities (population, time, there elevation and distance from plane path).However they did not have live tv on the a350 (Medium haul).

I traveled Bangalore to Singapore & Singapore to Manila in Singapore airlines awesome experience. Food was very good. Sir hostess are pretty and good. Good job. Never experience Like this in any other flight..

The way you shot the videos, no non-sense talks, loaded with information, pleasant BGM, crisp 4K clarity. mesmerizing sunrise 👏👏👏 I become a fan of your videos.

Thank you and yeah weekly twice there are using a350 on Thursday and Saturday other days are using b737-8 Max so my trip is on 8th June 2024 Saturday on Saturday Singapore airlines a350 will pick me up and only one way I have booked and I will be there for few months in Singapore and my birth place is Chennai and once again thank you so much for your reply.

Just for reference, their registration with 9V-SM* all have this regional two class configuration. Indeed, one of the best sunrise I’ve come across. Thank you for watching🙏🏻

The deployment of the A350 is temporary. Chennai would be served by the B787-10 soon.

Lovely capture of the entire trip! A350s replaced 787s since March2023. Why did they do so? Any idea! I traveled end Feb from Chennai to Sg and the check in was a nightmare. I reached airport at 10pm and managed to check in at 1150pm and then long queue at security immigration and finally entered the flight at 105am to leave at 122am. Hope with new terminal this would be resolved. What do you think abt economy class Food in SQ in comparison to Emirates in recent times?

Thank you so much for your kind words Sridhar😃 Had a word with their crew and I understand the B787s deployed on the Chennai route was changed to fly the Singapore - Dhaka route. Probably because of the festival season and the B787s have a higher capacity than the A350. Though it’s a temporary change. Haven’t tried out Emirates in recent times, so wouldn’t be able to compare both of them. But having looked at their economy menu, I don’t see much difference in terms of the spread both the airlines offer on the Chennai route😃

I am an Indian. I am sorry to say you can never ever get good service from india. We do not know the real meaning of service. One simple point. You can see sign boards in Singapore directing the passenger. That simple signage will be missing in most of Indian airports.

Hello. Thank you😃 I had taken 61A for this flight. Any seat on the left would give you a view of the sunrise on the Chennai-Singapore leg. I usually choose seats at the back of the plane but not too back. Somewhere with a few rows of seats behind me. Hope you have a good flight and enjoy the sunrise🤝🏻

For Singapore Airlines, meals come along with the ticket. You can choose any specific meal you wish you have under the manage booking in their website

In Singapore Airlines there is a bottle/Can holder, which is absent in Thai Airways. I had kept my Beer can on the tray and due to the turbulance, the can of beer slipped on to my next seat which was vacant luckily! The Hostess was kind enough to give me a cup of coffee as Beer had gone out of stock.

Correct. Pre Covid it was an A330. They than replaced it with the B787-10 and now it’s the A350 which is deployed😃

Precautionary measure. Not just Singapore Airlines. Malaysia Airlines, Thai too follow the same.

Chennai is the world's worst airport ever... there is no decent setup there... crumbling toilets..worst quality of development....unless they privatise like Delhi and Mumbai..it is going to go worse...
