Please understand working out or dancing or doing household work and doing other activities is not to induce normal labor it’s basically for stayin active during pregnancy n not gaining too much n stayin healthy.. there r so many women who have had bed rest during pregnancy and had normal delivery.. Also women who worked out till the day before labor n had c sections.. The good thing about stayin active is that incase u have normal labor , u have more stamina to push and endure the pain that’s it

@@aishumohan4356 KZread pathu elame seiyalamnu try panravanga dhan muttal ... indha videos try panunganu yarume Inga advertise panala .. its an awareness for pregnancy women.. only nonsense adults find these kind of activities as nonsense .. veetu vela ena iruku ipo yelathukum machines iruku .. doctor im a gynecologist yedhume theriyama pesala ..im 6 months now and i do all yoga dance exercise walking jogging.. Inga my doctors recommend all kind of physical activities from swimming ,jogging,treking etc.. parents ku baby mela iladha akkaraya mathavangaluku iruku ?? Nothing is harm apart from their pregnancy complications.. bayatha thinika vename please..
