"Himno ng Batangas" (alternatively: "Himno ng Batangan") is the provincial anthem of Batangas in the Philippines. The music is composed by Cecilia AE Tusing to the words of Oscar Manalo Sr.
This version contains the original lyrics, written and used before the lyrical revision in 2018 which led to the current lyrics. These lyrics are not really used anymore.

Today the lyrical version of this hymn is rare but it was used for ceremonial purposes such as flag ceremony, inauguration of newly officials,etc.

Personal opinion, mas maganda itong original lyrics niyan. It's very revolutionary and reminiscent of Latin American anthems

It displays the heroic valour of the Batangueno people, and how it prides itself as a jewel of the Tagalog region. The hymn also gives praise to the province as a whole because of its progress and the birthplace of many national heroes. tip: that's what I think the anthem says. huwag mo 'tong kopyahin nang diretsahan, ha. ;)
