Masina Studios is proud to present our first short film Sina ma le Tuna, the origin of the coconut. Narrated by Tuita'alili Vaitava'e Tofa Su'a Aloese Moe, and directed by India Taberner. Music by Toleafoa Pio Moe and Tuita'alili Vaitava'e Tofa Su'a Aloese Moe. Thanks to everyone who helped along this journey.

    As an Italian Samoan....this means alot as Myself n my kids are learning my Mothers Heritage ( Stories, Culture etc). Thanks for this beautiful series...it means a lot. Faafetai n Averdecci 💚🇮🇹❤🇳🇿🧡🇼🇸

    Never heard this version in which the Tuifiti and the village of Moata’a are involved. All good, though. I especially like the song in the end. Faafetai faasoa. Po Asofalaile - Ianuali 28, 2022.

    First of all, Sina is such a great girl for rejecting the eel, because he is from Fiji, no wonder why she rejected him, because his black. Man my night got rejected...

    In the beginning, God created everythings. And everythings is perfect, then later came the fallen angel name Lucifer. He disguised himself as a serpent, and deceived Eve. So the Tu'ifiti, is a demon ( fallen angel. ) This story is nothing more than an old wives tale. Read and studied your bible! Shalom.
