I haven't been anywhere near a GoT theory video in over a year and here I am minding my business on youtube, looking up philosophy audiobooks at 2AM because Im losing control of my life, and out fuckin pops Alt Shift, one of my favorite voices on youtube. Well done sir, thank you for the upload. Its a shame I cant watch your videos about GoT anymore because Im so goddamn angry about the ending, I do miss you though!

The channel focuses on sleepy readings, it's in the name of the channel. The channel's description literally says "long, boring readings to relax, numb and calm your brain." I would think he would think of that as a compliment with his smooth voice 😁

@@DerFrischkopf Jungian theory is like postmodernism in the respect that they are both are not inherently related to politics. I take Jung more seriously than Freud because he was less misogynistic than Freud. I find it funny that the left would favor Sigmund Freud over Jung simply because Jordan Peterson (a man who's sexist views might relate well with Frued's) really liked Jung.

@@thay-oh8049 Freud sexist? In being "sexist" Freud is actually no sexist. Jung is not "sexist" but he actually is a sexist. Freud is way richer thinker because he doesn't simplify, Jung is very... to the right. For him, there is a woman but she is just that, a "woman" - in his "traditionalistic" understanding. For Freud, there is no woman - and this exactly why feminists and leftists love him so much. Woman is an invention. You could also, compare Plato with Aristotle. Plato famously believed that even slaves and women could think & attain "truth". Aristotle solved all of that by simple observation and moved on.
