SIMPSON DESERT ADVENTURE - DEBRIEF / WRAP UP - KTM 690 ENDURO

Hi guys, I wanted to do a quick debrief video on our adventure however it turns out a little longer then I planned.
In this video we talk bikes, the route, my nav device and look at some gear that was on this adventure.
I drop some info on next year's epic adventure also. This one is going to be big.
Now that this adventure series is done, I want to thank all you viewers for your support and comments.
As always, ride safe and see you on the trails.
Craig

Thanks Craig - a fantastic series of videos crossing the Simpson. Well done. I don't ride - just a 4WD fella who has crossed the Simpson previously. I have provided support to a couple of bike mates along Googs Track (watched that video also), and we hope to go to Finke in 2021 and across the Simpson on the way home. Your videos have given me great insight into the challenges they will face and a much better understanding of the fun they will have. Great work mate - I look forward to your next adventure.

Loved the series Craig-as far as a pillow goes i buy two cheapo big w blow-ups under inflate them and put them in a pillow case they fit snug and don't slip around, this gives you the height for a larger guy to side sleep ok .Keep up with the adventures and vlogs you're a natural

Fabulous video. I live in US and have ridden the Continental Divide Route twice-good but nothing like the Simpson crossing, down into Mexico’s Copper Canyon and related routes. I have a 2014 690 Enduro R and very much like your prep video. Keep up the great work.

The shock on the Husky was in trouble before the sub frame broke and in all likelihood contributed to the sub frame breaking.

I have those same Pro Taper grips, best grips ever! How long did they last? And how did you manage to mount/install the heated pads underneath? I use an air compressor so slide my grips onto the bars and these ones are quite snug versus other grips I've had in the past. Can't imagine how it's possible fitting something underneath them. PS, loving the videos!

Thanks Criag for taking the time to put this series together. What an EPIC adventure! Too bad Mark's bike crapped out on him. You guys really covered a lot of various trail surfaces.
