You like the moomins as I do - with family connections to Finland (I'm from Denmark)?? Did you see John in red jacket with the white double bass playing with a bow? His hair is odd as well. So now you have reacted to it live - and the studioversion - - now you must see the movie Highlander - Brian wrote it in 10 minutes on his way back from seeing a clip form the film .
@greenogre223 жыл бұрын
he couldn‘t sing it live because at this point he was already very sick with aids. but there are sessions with the opera singer and freddie on youtube. also there are demos with him singing the opera parts to show the opera singer how he thought she should sing it. the opera singer was montserrat caballé and the songs are barcelona, how can i go on, and a few more i think. another great classical song with only freddie is „excercises in free love“. as there were no protools or autotune back then and till the end of his life you can always hear freddies real voice in any of his recordings.

Thank you for confirming that it is Deaky on the double bass! The film doesn't linger on him for long enough, but I thought it was him. They are all so multi-talented.
Keep up the good work mate 👍
Did anyone notice Deaky playing the double bass in this one, Brian jokingly said John you should play the double bass in this, John went off and learned to play the instrument, they couldn't believe it when he turned up in the studio with it, now that's true professionalism...
For Buddha 😢💕

Thank you, Diane. He was my heart 🐾🐾❤️
More 70s Queen please
This is actually part of the soundtrack to the film "Highlander" - Queen wrote it all. I recommend it!--Brian wrote it in his car after having seen a short cut of the movie and heard about the "story" - about being immortal - and watching his love grow old and die - while being immortal himself - .
Mother Love was Freddie’s last recording .He was dyeing and Brian had to finish it bc he had passed.🥵🥵🥵😭😭😭♥️
Did you notice John Deacon played on bass in his red suit? It was written by lead guitarist Brian for the soundtrack to the film 'Highlander'. 👌👌👌
I always like your queen reaction. Please do queen & Floor Jasen "Who want to live forever ". Its also a nice one.
Best version ever ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Condolences for your loss, Lynn. You should also react to The Tenors' version of this song - it's quite a lovely twist.

Thank you Laurie. He’s better off but I miss his goofy faces he made.
at the time of the opera stuff with montserrat caballé he‘s already been to weak to sing those songs at their live-performances. i think i remember she‘s stated that in an interview.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
IMO this is Queens BEST EVER SONG only 2nd by Mother Love - Brian wrote a stonking classic and both he and Freddie nail it - John on the double bass and Roger killing the drums, this is the only song by Queen which, will make a grown man cry.
So sorry for the loss of your fur baby!!
So sorry Lynn I know it's hard to make that decision he will always be in your heart I had to do it with my cat he was my baby during the second lockdown it's heart breaking and was even worse because I couldn't stay with him or even say good bye to him because the vet took him in and I had wait outside in the car with my friend
On the orchestral rock theme, if you haven't heard it, I do recommend Freddie Mercury BARCELONA official video.
Yes you have react live in wembley 1986 there another performance in budabest 1986 you haven't react 😊👏🏻
I really like watching your videos. You come across as genuine and not just saying stuff to get more likes and views.
I am sorry about your fur baby, I know the pain, just remember you gave your baby the best life and your baby really is in animal heaven 🤗
Freddie Hated lip sinking,💕💕💕 And he could sing Anything live .
I'm so confused, this song ended before its real end...? You may want to revisit it, it doesn't fade out, the ending is one of the best parts and for some reason it's not happening here...? Great reaction, mate, you're awesome!
You like the moomins as I do - with family connections to Finland (I'm from Denmark)?? Did you see John in red jacket with the white double bass playing with a bow? His hair is odd as well. So now you have reacted to it live - and the studioversion - - now you must see the movie Highlander - Brian wrote it in 10 minutes on his way back from seeing a clip form the film .
he couldn‘t sing it live because at this point he was already very sick with aids. but there are sessions with the opera singer and freddie on youtube. also there are demos with him singing the opera parts to show the opera singer how he thought she should sing it. the opera singer was montserrat caballé and the songs are barcelona, how can i go on, and a few more i think. another great classical song with only freddie is „excercises in free love“. as there were no protools or autotune back then and till the end of his life you can always hear freddies real voice in any of his recordings.
Jack. I would like you to react Mark Martel´s version of this song. Get ready!!!
millionaire waltz plz
Freddie was already sick by the time he did opera with Montserrat Caballe, which is the main reason he couldn’t perform at that level live anymore (he’d also stopped touring, as he no longer had the stamina). Imagine if he were at full health and could have done it live. We missed out on so much. 😢
I don't know who told is was lip syncing. He never did that live
Live, or lip syncing, you really, really have to check out Freddie singing opera duets with Spanish opera singer Monsterrat Cabballet. Barcelona How can I go on The Golden boy All of these are amazing
No one compares to Freddy
People will eat me... But I recommend you to react to Queen + Adam Lambert - Who wants to live forever (live at the isle of wight festival 2016). I love Freddie so much! But Adam's version blow me away. 🙏
