    rolling the dough round is what i find tough. otherwise i would make 100 of them and eat them.

    Why put oil and more flour between the sheets? Is it not enough just the flour? The meat is supposed to be fried with the onions but I did not see any oil at all. It seems they were just heated? Is that what happened?

    @@chefjanet342 I’ve tried making them the ‘proper’ way. Very fiddly and time consuming. I’ll be using this method from now on. As long as they taste good and don’t fall apart who cares how it was achieved. Yours look amazing. Thank you for sharing your method.
