No way to screw in that outer screw. The bar that holds the paper towels gets in the way, making for an impossible angle to get that screw all the way in.
The paper towel rolls need to be about 28 cm high for the spring loaded mechanism to work
It used to be you'd go into the department store and buy a paper towel holder. Now it involves an hour of research...?
