Looks Amazing i will try this for my next sushi :D i for myself use pulled jackfruit seared with light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and mushroom based stir fry sauce together with Mango for my Maki, think it tastes Amazing together, maybe someone wants to try it, too

This was delightful. Your a pleasure to watch work and just the right amount of fun makes for happy food! 🙏😉 Also you like mayo/(aioli) almost like me haha. Grew up always mayo with my chips (fish n chips, the UK's famous lol) instead of ketchup, unless there was tartar sauce but it's kinda mayo anyway haha.
