Raw Eggs - 7
Boil for 20-25 Mins on Medium Flame
Other Ingredients:
👇
Chopped Onions - 1 Medium size (150gms)
Curry leaves - 2 stems (Chop into pieces)
Coriander leaves - 1 Small bunch
Process:
👇
Take a pan,
Add Oil - 3 tbsp
Add chopped Onions
Fry for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Fry for 3-4 Mins on Medium Flame
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt (According to taste)
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp (Total 1 tsp)
Fry for 30 seconds on Medium Flame
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Fry for 2 Mins on Low Flame
Add Curry leaves
Fry for 2 Mins on Low Flame
Chopped Boiled Egg pieces (Only whites)
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Now add Yellow Balls
Fry for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - ½ tsp
Remaining Red Chilli powder
Fry for 2 Mins on Low Flame
Stove off & Enjoy the Boiled Egg Fry

idhe recipe ni Inka simple and ga cheyyochu please try it once first boiled eggs theskoni same 4 pieces kani yolk kuda cut cheskovali take oil (koncham ekkuva padtundhi ee style lo) add curry leaves and cumin and add the cut pieces of egg and saute it until light fried dentlo yolk mottam oil lo paste kuda avtundhi and add girger and garlic add more than usual after 1 min add chilli powder and salt after 2 mins the dish is ready very simple but doubled taste make sure ee recipe lo oil chala padtundhi cause yolk paste pilchukuntundhi booby bro try it once you will definitely recommend to the audience
