Sparkling water is the perfect soda replacement! Waterloo is my favorite brand of sparkling water it’s a bit sweeter than other brands.

I use crockpot liners any time I use my crockpot. I also do roast in a bag when I roast meat in the oven. My pans look brand new even though they are about 10 years old. My mom used the roast in a bag way back in the late 70s until she was killed in a car wreck in 92. My kids do the same. Life is too short to worry about scrubbing pots and pans. I’ve never followed a recipe in my life. I’ve always added or taken things out. I use recipes as a guide only. 😊. I like your hair suits you. Treat cooking as an adventure. Like a trip into the unknown. Much more fun that way. The lemon cake looked amazing.
