The infamous Chee-Z 101 sound engine lives on! I owned a couple of them for many years; there are a ton of alternatives that sound better. And easier, and more fun to program.

Dude, that last patch was brutal. Keith Emerson would be proud. Is that the blackstar bass or the regular fly 3? Hey if you get the chance, try running thru a pignose amp. Really makes synth tones come alive!

Hey dude, awesome videos. Is it true this keyboard needs an amplifier to make sound. Someone told me that it doesn’t have in built speakers.

Hard to say. It’s a hard synth to program until you get used to it. I’d try more simple synths first like the Volca Series and then move on when you feel more comfortable
