Im a skinny dude with an ugly face full of pimples and It's been 3 months now since I started to try and change myself, I was 49 kg when I started and for my height I am underweight, been doing home workout for 30 minutes a day and started bulking up now Im at 57kg. ON THE "DRA. BELO & MOISTURIZERS" TOPIC: Since more and more are watching this video, I think it's only right to clarify this topic as well. For those na narinig yung statement na 'to ni Dra. Belo, she did clarify herself na ang tinutukoy niya are "thick, heavy moisturizers" on oily skin. And sinabi niya rin na pwede kayo gumamit ng "hydrators" on oily skin para ma-seal in ang hydration in your skin without clogging your pores. Now, ang term ni Dra. Belo is "hydrators", pero pag triny mo yun hanapin sa market nang word per word, baka mahirapan kayo! 🤣 This is because walang sinusundan ang mga brands na "hydrator" lang dapat ang tawag sa kanya. Iba-iba ang tawag ng mga brands dito; it is also called hydrating moisturizer, water-based moisturizer, gel-type moisturizer, gel cream, watery gel, etc etc. So "hydrator" ang tawag ni Dra. Belo sa mga 'to, but you will still see them being called "moisturizers" in the market. Kaya wag kayo matakot sa mga "moisturizers"! Not all moisturizers will clog your pores. Just always remember na piliin ang tamang klaseng moisturizer para sa skin type ninyo. If dry ang skin ninyo, use a cream type moisturizer. If oily ang skin ninyo, use a "hydrator" or a water-based/gel-type moisturizer. But again, at the end of the day, no one is forcing you to use a moisturizer. It's just very useful to have one at all times for when your skin suddenly feels irritated or dry (especially sa mga nag-aacne medication diyan). I hope this clarifies, mga ka-skincare! 🥰

Invest some time kung ayaw mo mag invest ng malaking pera in the future. @@Ongiel Gabi-gabi po ako nagshoshower o naliligo. every kailan ko dapat ginagawa yung skin care ko, after shower or before shower? personally kasi ginagawa ko po is, first gagamit ako ng micellar water and then rinse tapos maliligo then after maligo dun ko itutuloy yung rest ng skin care ko which is cleanser, serum and moisturizer. tama po ba yun or dapat kong ibahin? salamat po sa sasagot.

Pero sana may "moody" skin type no? Feeling ko kasi minsan, normal ang skin ko, then minsan oily. Di ko maintindihan mukha ko. HAHAHAHA. Pero more on oily type since ang dami kong blackheads and after a few hours, mamantika na mukha ko, haggard and dull looking. Pero never prone to acne or pimples. Oily with black and whiteheads with small bumps on my forehead and scars sa kakatiris ng pagkaliit liit na blackheads na kumakalat na sa pisngi. Nasa ilong ko lang to nung high school ako, ngayong 23 na ko, umaabot na sa cheeks. Tho di sila visible unless tumutok ako sa salamin.

@@adonisjimenez8530 no lol do u even know what hydroquinone is, if we’re basing on irritation nasa uri talga yun ng balat pero if u’re using hydroquinone for more than 4-6 months then na exposed ka ng matagal sa araw, magkakaroon ka ng ochronosis (u can search it if u dont know it) and permanent na sya, even surgerycant heal 100% of it mas mahirap sya itreat kesa sa scars
