Simple & Quick! Healthy Korean Vegetable Pancake Recipe | Gluten Free

Very little rice! Lots of vegetables!
This is a healthy and really delicious rice pancake recipe made with cold rice without flour.
It's easy to make, it tastes the best, and it's a dish that takes care of your health too~
If you bake rice pancakes with crispy paprika, you can enjoy a new taste different from fried rice.
It's good to eat one by one, so it's great as a snack for kids or party food.

♣ Ingredient information (for 2 servings)
1 red paprika
1 yellow paprika
2 green chilies
1 button mushroom (you can use any mushroom)
Half a bowl of cold rice
⅔ cup of mozzarella cheese (60g)
2 eggs
Sesame seeds 1T
1T oyster sauce
