I used to go to gym and cooked my food because I hated my body and wanted it to look different. Now I go to gym and cook because I love myself. I love to exercise. You can absolutely do it! We are the same age, I started my journey back in March and I’ve lost 16kg since! You will feel amazing afterwards, physically and mentally.

When you want some thing you need to work hard to achieve it on them days you say I’m not doing it. I don’t feel like it. It doesn’t matter you get up and you go these past three days I’ve been saying myself. Why am I going? I don’t wanna go as I push through after I come home. I realize I did the best thing for myself and I’m so proud of myself afterwards so you will get that inner peace when you work hard, anything is possible you just need to envision it know what you want and work hard for it every day. Nothing comes easy nothing comes fast so give yourself time and be patient with yourself and love yourself. This girl has helped me so much her guide videos about form has helped me to know what to do for what parts of my body I too am 27 years old and I used to weigh 202 pounds, when I started working out and I want you to understand that it’s not about how much you weigh it’s about how your body looks. I made the mistake of weighing myself a lot thinking I should weigh less as I begin working out I realized it’s not about how much I weigh. It’s about my form and it’s about how I look my physique, so I stopped paying attention to my weight this would be my fifth month working out and I’d have to say I’m really proud of myself and you have to love yourself fully don’t be hard on yourself and be patient with yourself please!! we all want to heal and I want to make it important that there’s nothing about you that is missing you have to get where you need to get to realize what you need to realize you will be a success just know that and so will I! ❤️🩹

I'm a Korean fan of you. In Korea, many women are suffering diet problem. I highly recommend this video to Korean girls. Eating meals is not an afraid thing, not a thing to make you fat. It is our good friend to make you happy and full! Thank you for your video❤

I’m in college and on my ED recovery journey (anorex/orthorexia) and you’re a huge inspo to me so many people fitness influencers basically make it seem it’s only possible to under eat. The fact you tell us to eat and show us ❤ You are a huge inspiration to me because you’re fit, gorgeous, happy, Mediterranean (I am mediterranean too) humble and you don’t look miserable at all. You also nourish yourself which means you have true self love which means you could love others which means you are probably super loving and kind it just comes right out of you life is going to reward you even more and more and more

Great video. Ive struggled with carbs and have gone months without eating them. Im literally tired of yoyo dieting and focusing on incorporating complex carbs to my diet with rice, sweet potatoes and quinoa. Thanks for sharing again!!!
So glad I came across this today - been sick of eggs and my plain shakes so I made yours and it came out sooooo good 😱 I used açaí berries and the WB choc protein… Tysm! Also, thanks for the “newborn” potatoes 😂 I can see myself getting that missed up too 😂😂

Great video! Love the recipes :)) Well done! Just one thing: It is not recommended to cook with olive oil, it oxidizes because of heat and becomes toxic.

Try not even boiling the chicken after grilling it for 2/3 minutes each side .. it is not necessary for such thin slices ! It is tender and delicious ❤
