While this is a simple layered camping sign and a breeze to put together, the detail and time that went into it still took a little while. This video shows you step-by-step how to create a sign like this using nothing but the tools in Lightburn. The file is available on my website if you don't want to create it from scratch.

I tried mirroring @38:19, but was not getting the desired result.
This is a fun project Steve. It's nice to see how you made it and it's always fun to learn new skills but this is one that I bought the file. Thanks for all the thought and time you put into your projects.

Thank you! Cheers!
Thank you Steve! I always learn something that it seems like I needed to learn to make things easier when designing files in Lightburn, or trying to fix files in Lightburn. Very helpful. So appreciate your time and expertise in designing all the cool files and crafts you make. It's quality for sure. Thanks again! : )

Great to hear!
I think I will still grab clipart :) but it really helps to see how these shapes are created so I can change them to my liking.

You have to be careful with clipart and files not created using software specifically for laser engravers. They are riddled with open shapes and multiple layers. Sometimes than can be more trouble than they're worth. I try to show folks how it can be done in Lightburn with no other software needed. I, too, will use SVG's once and a while. But I have learned what to look for and how to eliminate the problems. So even if you aren't into designing things yourself, watching my videos will show you ways to find and fix those stumbling blocks. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment.
Great tutorial! I see you’re going hard on the moonshine though!😂

An excellent video as apways. Seems like a to low of a price for the amount of time & enengry and Pepsi that went into this project. Again thanks for doing this for all.

It is a simple design that folks create with clipart and SVG's and sell for $1.99. But they aren't Lighburn tested and have tons of flaws. Showing how I create the entire design in Lightburn and test the end result, I hope helps people to have confidence in all my designs. A lot of work goes into them. Because I want to know I have produced the highest quality piece I can. And when folks see the amount of work it takes, they learn to tips and tricks, but they prefer to download it instead of recreating it... I hope.
Hi Steve I see a new video on a unpacking of your new roly
