Cute three BD house layout with LR off to the left of front door; liked the locations of the bedrooms and the long hallway. The BA were too tight and not a fan of showers/commodes sharing the same space. Loved the oversized windows thru out the house!

☝🏻Agree about the chit&shower combo...AND who wants to hear someone letting loose in the dining room while eating although that shower in the chit&shower room combo may come in handy designed like this🤷🏻‍♀️

💁🏻‍♀️☝🏻Using a pocket door, maybe move that extra bathroom to another area and make that a butler pantry where beverages can be furnished...alot of times with family gatherings the person helping to get the beverages together usually gets in the way by using the fridge in the kitchen and relies upon available counter space in order to get this done...built in ice countertop dispenser, wine/soda storage underneath, a small sink with filtered water for both the instant hot water on demand and a faucet along with dining storage(table cloths, napkins, napkin rings, standard cleanup solutions & towels in case someone accidentally spills, small trash can)...you have everything right there within the dining area not in the way and you have quick access to everything you need in one spot👍🏻🤷🏻‍♀️

Finally, I start Building this House, Hope I will share it after I complete the house. Thanks, designer for giving us some ideation

Nice!. Though I will think of all 3 bedrooms on the right hand side (RHS) & kitchen, dining & drawing rooms all 3 on LHS with possibly no wall in between drawing & dinning area. This way the WC can be attached to middle room (by swapping its position with front room’s attached bathroom). This WC can also has access from the open dinning area side. (I hope one can imagine what I mean). Cheers

Hi, this is a beautiful compact house, how can i get access to a floor plan with measurements? would really love to build something this neat and compact.

Lovely design! It looks airy and bright. I also like the kitchen with glass enclosure.. But I think 2 bedrooms will be good enough so that the location of the toilet be on the other side to make it more spacious and to add for wardrobe cabinets too.

I live in a small house that is under 1100 Sq ft and I have 2 bedrooms with 2 baths and it really is very comfortable for 1 or 2 people. Also have a dog and cat with a part time roommate. I wish more people would start embracing smaller homes since they are so much more energy efficient.

Nice but open showers in the second and guest bathrooms are a big mistake, unless you enjoy mopping up the floor and all the surfaces every time you shower and having to wait for everything to dry before using the toilet or sink again. Easy fix -- extend the back bath down to add a shower shared by the top two bedrooms. Flip the arrangement so it's door, sink, toilet, then shower at the back. Create angled entrances to the two bedrooms on the left. There's wasted space behind the current doors. Also, I'd remove the wall between dining room and kitchen for better flow. The living room should be a bit larger. There's not enough space between the sofa and the TV for proper viewing distance. This can be fixed by taking the space devoted to the porch and giving it to the living room. Then extend the porch out from the house. Or expand the living room by making the middle left room smaller but still big enough for a single bed or bunkbeds plus a desk.

Esta lindo el diseño de la casa y aunque es una simulacion no me gusto que exista un baño justo al frente del comedor y segido la Cocina me resulta desagradable y lo otro en la cociona tambien esta creado un area Para lavar....pues no se ve cool ni agradable...me encanto que la casa emite mucha Luz....pero yo hubiera creado la puesta principal del baño orientada hacia los cuartos..o en Medio de los cuartos o al final de la casa se agrandaba un poco mas y incluiria el area de las lavadoras junto con el baño
