This video is going to be my Simple Grooming Guide for Guys Who Hate Fuss and Just Want to Keep Things Nice & Easy.
Now let’s talk turkey, for me personally when it comes to grooming and self maintenance I loathe:
a) Spending a ton of unnecessary cash. Keeping my hair healthy is probably the one thing I spend the big bucks on.
b) I don’t like needing to perform rigorous & time consuming routines anymore. When I didn’t have a full time job and a KZread channel, long routines were ok, but I’m busy now so forget it.
c) & C I don’t like needing to go to a professional in order to get the result I want. I want to be able to do it from home, get a good result & feel confident.
Who agrees? If you said yes, we should be friends.
The grooming topics I’ll be covering today include body hair from the neck down, basic skin care, the simplest way to get shining white teeth, basic beard care and eyebrow grooming.
Firstly let’s talk about body hair from the neck down. Where body hair grows is different for everyone. We all get common areas like pubes, we all get underarm hair, we all get leg hair & nearly all of us get butt hair I think.
I get all of the above hair except back hair. The closest thing I get to back hair is a few shoulder hair sprouts here and there that I pluck out with tweezers but as for the rest of my body, the simplest, quickest and most effective way of removing it or tidying all your body hair from the neck down is a rechargeable beard trimmer.
WOAH, seems basic right?
I know, but it’s actually the easiest quickest method for removing & maintaining body hair with no fuss.
Now moving on to simple skin care. When it comes to simple & fuss free skincare. Most of you will already know, Tiege Hanley is my go to skin care brand because of the simplicity of their product range. That’s why I’m excited to have them as today’s video sponsor.
I’ve said this once and I’ll say it 473857495847 more times. The thing I love about the tiege hanley level one system is the great results I’m able to get with the least amount of effort.
Literally, there’s only 4 products you need to remember and you get given instructions on how to use everything.
It doesn’t get much easier & going back to the whole theme of this video “Simple Grooming” that’s really all it needs to be.
Give Tiege Hanley a try & get a FREE toiletry/dopp bag with your first box at tiege.com/tiaguide
Moving on to teeth, You want whiter teeth yeah? you want healthy teeth yeah? Well F teeth whitening kits.
Having white teeth is really simple and in my experience comes down to consistency. A combination of using an electric toothbrush, flossing & the advanced whitening colgate toothpaste that comes in a gold tube. That’s it.
The key to it is consistency. Use these things twice a day for a long period of time and I guarantee you’ll have a shinier grill.
I’ve used teeth whitening kits before, I’ve gotten good results with them and I’ve even promoted them before. Because they do work.
But are they simple and the most effective? No.
Honestly, they’re another expense you don’t actually need, they chew up time and most of that time you’re extremely uncomfortable because you have a big bit of rubber wedged between your gums.
Again, going back to the theme of this video, go simple and cut the fuss. You don’t need all that extra bullshit, honestly.
For the other products & simple grooming hack, make sure you either watch the full video or download the free guide here: manbunsandmanes.com/lander/si...
I hope you find some value from this post and I can’t wait to see you next week for another video.
Best,
Thomas.

Thomas, might I suggest something? I think you should have your hair made into a wig for children with cancer. I think this would be wonderful for a few reasons. One, your giving someone an amazing head of hair. I mean, who wouldn't want to have your hair. lol. Two, you would be able to start the entire journey over again. Think about it, a whole new journey with your knowledge of having done it once. I think it would be so interesting to watch you go through it all again from the beginning. I started watching your videos just over 2 months ago and I binge watched them all as fast as I could, but now you are leaning more towards facial hair (which I don't have much of bc I am only 15) and away from hair. So yeah.. that's it. Start over and live the adventure again. I love your videos and thank you for inspiring me! - J. McCarley
