You might want to consider disposing your pink saucepan at 14:55. It’s badly scratched. And use a ladle to drop your ingredients instead of throwing them into the broth, to avoid splattering. The white squarish fish cake is known as “hanpen” はんぺん. It’s usually added last because it could disintegrate when cooked too long inside the broth.

@@eueuandbunny Yeah but not always have it. It's at the chilled frozen section. You may also want to try the dried Ebi shrimps from Donki too which you can use them for your stir-fried dishes too. 😉

Just back from visiting claydon house in the uk I'm a national trust member so get in for free membership is £7.60 a month and most places are £16 for non members .
