Chicken Biryani
Ingredients:
1 cup cooking oil
2 onions sliced
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
750 grams chicken
2 tomatoes chopped
4 green chillies chopped
1 cup yogurt
1 sachet biryani masala
1 tbsp dried plums
1 tbsp tamarind
4 glass water
2 glass rice soaked
mint leaves
food color
Directions:
fry onions until translucent, add ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes
add chicken, tomatoes, chillies, and spices. cook for few minutes
add yogurt mixture, water, and rice. cover and cook for 20 mins
add fresh mint leaves and food color, and simmer for 7 mins.
