3 months ago, I was an absolute monster. Nobody could stop me. I was even being scouted. I would finish in any way I wanted, whenever I wanted but I got patellafemoral pain syndrome. I couldn't play for 2 months cause it was pure pain in my knee. I came back and I had lost my explosiveness and ability to handle contact. This video reminded me that I can finish in other ways that aren't physical. Thanks coach!

Yo coach rock can you make a video about how to shoot better in game speed. That will be very helpful for my game. Thx
Kyrie does all this and i used to practice these moves
Love this guy
Beautiful nice moves
I do the cradle all the time it helps a lot as a smaller guard to no a aggressive move to go to to get to the rim
Thank you alot man, im planning on being in my schools basketball team next year.
Thx man.
The 2nd one was my bread and butter in high school. Drive the lane a big man would always try to pick me up so when i went over the head i could dish out, or if he wasn't in position it was a easy lay
I Be Sure to use it, John Wall one Pretty Cool
I definitely have to master all this drills and pick-ups
Coach donte for the first tip. What if you are off balance?
I love it!
Great video!!! Please keep them coming my son is really learning from them. Just FYI the link for the free program is not working

Makes sense
My only problem is scoreing mentality I can shoot and have good handles and use these moves but just don't try to get myself a shot but pass it to my teammates to set them up

and that's exactly how the rules get bent. during demonstration its easy to do it with out traveling but once at full speed its harder to accomplish (and harder to spot a travel). Remember when the step thru was first allowed?

Alvaro Fraire that sucks, maybe shelf it in practice in front of him and break it out in a game if they don’t call it he’ll notice if they do call it that’s just unfortunate a lot of people don’t know the rules aren’t exactly the same as 40 years ago
This is clean in the nba/fiba because its just two steps after the pick up but in college and in high school the rule is based on whether you put back your pivot foot which would make this a travel

@Elijah Ellis its pretty dope. We have the same name bro.
3:15 Traveled you’re supposed to take that first step before you pick up the ball so that it will be 2 steps after the pickup. Here it was 3 steps
The behind the back is nice combined with an euro-step , but difficult
Can u do those with a defender
Ik pro because of this video thanks
came as quick as I can
2nd thanks it works !

Thank’s coach Dante where are you from you look like dominican or puertorican
Also work on planting just before the ball contacts the ground and there'll never be an issue
If I hop step instead of 1-2 is that still not a walk?
I have horrible posture and shoulder pain when shooting repetition. How can I stop pain and improve posture for that photo shot jump shot

Mine is usually double behind the back.
Finally!! I found that fucking move!!
Try to put subtitles in french too Please
im a smaller guy, and have ALOT of trouble getting in the paint, because im around 5'5 in highschool, and im also 100 pounds, so its not easy for me to push back defenders, so i try to just cradle the ball and run straight to the basket, or i just shoot heavily contested 3's, but i need some help getting in there

Utilize mid range and floaters since you are a smaller player. Don't force yourself to HAVE to lay the ball in. Only when its given

I feel the first move is most effective
I am allways trying to do your moves right of the bat
Is this travel in Fiba rules?
Drop euro + that first video ill be unstoppable💯👌
Can you explain why the first move is not a travel? You had both of your hands on the the ball when both of your feet were on the floor. The moment you took another step and your back foot was off the floor when the front foot was still on the floor, it's a travel already, but you took another step, that looked like a lot of traveling. If someone calls me on that, I don't even know how to defend the move. Other moves are the ones I use. They are not travel because you said you pick the ball up, but you always had your hand on the side or on the top of the ball, that means you were controlling the ball without really pick it up. I either carry the ball when both of my feet are off the floor, then take 2 steps, or I carry the ball on the first step when my other foot is off the floor, then take another step to avoid getting called travel. For the cradle layup, if you get the timing right, cradle the ball when both of the feet are off the floor, or cradle the ball on the first step of layup, it wouldn't be a travel move.

It is 100% a travel by NCAA standards.
Im aprox. 5’7 , standing reach is about 6’10, 110 lbs and im in 8th grade. I want to be able to dunk by my freshman or sophomore year. Is it possible?
@jacobebe1585

Anything is possible if you put the work in. You want to perfect the technique before anything. Then try plyometrics and jump everyday. You need to stretch most importantly. Im training as well and staying consistent and persistent is key :) hmu if you have any questions
