Pork cuts pre-cooked and fried or roasted with essential spicy ingredients is one of the favorite delicacies in most households that will turn heads. Pork Fry is a must in every pork lover's homes, be it in day-to-day life or during festivals, special occasions and get-togethers. The juicy, moist and succulent pork bit, with a crunchy, crispy exterior is awesome and tempting beyond words.

So here’s the recipe from my kitchen to yours.

Ingredients :
500 gms Pork (belly portion with medium fat, cut into cubes)
Sufficient Water for cooking pork
1 no. Star Anise (chakra phool)
1 no. Cinnamon Stick (dalchini)
1 no. Bay Leaf (tej patta)
½ inch (7 gms) Ginger (sliced)
8 to 10 nos. (10 gms) Garlic (sliced)
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
1 no. Star Anise (chakra phool)
½ tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf)
10 gms Ginger (julienned)
15 to 18 nos. (15 gms) Garlic (sliced)
2 to 3 Green Chillies (roughly chopped)
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar (use as per your taste)
1 large (120 gms) Onion Petals
Handful Green Bell Peppers (julienned/sliced)
Handful Red Bell Peppers (julienned/sliced)
2 to 3 nos. Green Chillies (sliced diagonally)
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon

This has Indo Chinese flavor. Yes...you can use pork shoulder or butt.... please ensure that there is medium fat in it.

As mentioned in the description box we have not added salt while roasting as Soya Sauce also have salt content in it. Feel free to adjust salt as per your preference. Taste is absolutely delicious 😍
