Simple Acts of Kindness - Give it a try

Музыка

In this montage we see five simple acts of kindness. I've asked a few people what their favorite/most impacting one was and the answers are all different. Its pretty interesting how we bring our own impressions to what we see. Which one works best for you?
Hopefully this inspires people to give some of these a try. The first two were directed by Eun Ho Lee, second two by me, and the last one by Tim Savage.

Regardless of this being staged, it is a good message. Giving kindness is something we should all be doing. Not only does it bring joy to the receiver, it feels good to give it.

Why must you make me cry? Giving the food to the homeless guy I believe was the most touching. The others would have found a way to go on, but the homeless man had no way of getting food, and especially not a meal as grand as that. It is that one simple act of kindness that makes all the difference. Always remember though, to not let that act of kindness end with you.

My fiancé was standing 2 people behind a woman with 3 unruly kids and a cart full of groceries. She was about $14 short. The woman behind her and the woman behind him were so annoyed bc she was trying to determine what to do and "was taking too much time". My fiancé pulled a $20 out and handed it to the cashier. The mother cried and the cashier thanked him a few times. He just smiled and said "have a good rest of the day". I love this man!! The world needs more acts of kindess like these!!

It is because the videos are scripted. Notice many of them are using 3 or 4 different camera angles. Why would someone have 4 cameras rolling by chance when they just happen to stumble across someone who needs a hand? If you go check out some of the real videos, you can see there is definitely something up with this. There are also some impossible camera angles/movements as well. I am assuming it is likely someone just ripping-off church-made videos and putting it to music.

What a beautiful line.. "A simple act of kindness found me.. A simple act of kindness saved me." Pass along the kindness, you never know whats going on in someone elses life that your simple act of kindness could save them, make their day better or even bearable. If we all transcended religions and personal beliefs and treated each other as humans, with love, respect, equality and kindness, this world would be a world of love and no tears.

You tried to give your seat to a frightened elderly lady and accidentally startled her when doing so. Her shouting came from fear of harm because she was vulnerable. She may even have had harm done to her before because she is unable to protect herself. Please don't take it to heart, she was perhaps more in need of kindness than you initially recognised xx

The issue isn't the price tag assigned by the for profit company manufacturing them. We'd be quick to complain if their quality dropped or employees were not being paid appropriately. If you believe they should be cheaper then look to the government that adds tax to them and campaign for them to be untaxed to lower the cost.

Fake.... would be much better if you used REAL acts of kindness.. spend the money you paid these actors on real people.i.e.pay for a soldiers meal...or help change a flat tire...give a homeless person your old blankets.. Give that a try!

You missed a trick, my friend! You went straight to UNKINDNESS when there was no need!! We all see its a dramatization but the essence IS the lesson, which I'm guessing you didn't quite get!

That picnic one is so amazing, you can imagine what the homeless man was thinking when he walked past them and saw that they were eating. He must have felt terrible, I'm glad that some humans are capable of performing such acts considering how badly we behave in this new era.

A lot of people in this world are jerks. This reminded me to keep my chin up high and to try to do to others as I would like to be treated. This world of madness and chaos has kept me feeling negative. I know I have to be positive to be happy, but I just don't try. Everyday jerks try to change my soul, but I know I have to stay strong. I wish there were more people in this world that are demonstrated in this video.

So many people either want to make such huge impacts that they miss small opportunities or they want others to make a difference and fix the problems they see in this world. The truth is that you have a tremendous impact and make a difference with one single act of love at a time. And, you need to be the change you want to see in the world. Don't wait for a chance to be some big hero that saves a lot of people and don't wait foe others to act. Take action in the little things. Make a difference in your sphere of influence.

No matter how little we have - it's always easy to give - a few more steps - a moment of standing - a pause for someone else . . . and when we can perhaps a little bit more. There are a lot of good people in the world . . . Thanks for posting the video.
