They are intended to increase strength, fitness and flexibility, through movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, jumping, or swinging, using one's bodyweight for resistance. If this is your goal you will achive it, work at it consistently with no excuses. I'm not going to say I beleive in you, beleifs can change and arent set in stone, I know you will achieve it if you work!

@@eliseereclus3475 problems are there to be worked through. Unless you have a medical reason as to why you cant do them, the hardeat part about those pushups is to stop telling youself thats all you can do. If that is all you can do, do those 3 push ups until you can't, then once that happens drop down to your knees and do more, humble yourself. At least its not 1 pushup or 0, even then that struggle is what will makes you stronger. Do those 3 push ups at least 3 times a day and you will get stronger, simple alchemy.

Its always awe inspiring to see what the human body is capable of doing when one knows how to optimize bio-mechanics and the force of momentum to do absolutely amazing moves. Who would think it would be possible to pull off that position at 2:20? The strength that this guy exhibits has much less to do with muscle mass and much more to do with his ability to activate the maximum amount of motor units (groups of muscle cells) which increases with strength training. That is the definition of true strength. This guy most likely can activate 99% of all his motor units in his muscle tissue whereas the average person who does not do any strength training activates much less motor units.

That left me speechless! I never once made any comments that I was impressed with someone until I saw this dude. That was absolutely unbelievable! I was in gymnastics for many years and the strength required to pull off some of those moves is absolutely the hardest thing to do. The only thing I thought of is how bad his body's going to ache when he's in his fifties and sixties. Just like mine does now.

I'm ABSOLUTELY astounded by this man's total body section strength, power and tensile muscle control, especially in his shoulder and wrist areas, his seeming effortless "I.C.U." stay-quality for the rest of us movements, body angle presses and monkey-level acrobatics are all frightening but mesmerizing to watch at the same time and i know by instinct that most human beings alive cannot do these things and stay out of SURGERY or TRACTION after something either snaps, tears loose or ruptures! 💢💥💫😬💦🚑🏥 This kind of stuff is for only a very few dedicated and physically capable human beings on the planet and believe me folks, I'M NOT ONE OF THEM!!!😰
