I remember a bouncer doing this to my dad on his stag night, told him he couldn’t go in because his trousers had to many pockets. He’d booked 5 private booths with bottles on the tables for everyone who had gone, cost him over £10,000. Ended up getting it all refunded and a club guide heard it all and said he’d get us into a better club, he spoke to the manager and he let us straight in. Dad spent the money in that club instead. Crazy how they let their attitudes fuck shit up, would’ve loved to see the convo from him and his boss as to why 30+ people left the club and why they had to refund so much money

Only time I’ve genuinely had beef with bouncers was a 5 foot nothing woman trying to kick me out for checking outside. I straight up told her and anyone else no because I wasn’t leaving my girlfriend inside, the head bouncer came over and said it was fine and told the woman off for being on a power trip. Morale of the story, don’t beef with bouncers unless you’re serious and in the right. They can tell.

Bouncers will allow women in but men wesring homeless clothes even if it looks good they'll say no, but they dont realise they make more money letting the rich ok dressed people in because they care about class over money which is why people go to other areas I did the analysis for a company before, that was my conclusion and when i changed the code and hired bouncres who understood modern fashion they made 80% in the first quarter and later 120% by the end of the year while keeping class and wealth

Often you realise you all act like tools. It’s fun by the way, not knocking it, but for us Brits and Aussies it can be interesting to see from the outside.

They let girls in no matter what they are wearing simply because if there are girls in there that will draw more guys in those guys will then splash tones of cash to try and impress the girls, it's the same reason clubs do things like half price drinks for girls on specific nights or will just let girls in for free, alot of clubs also pay girls to be there again because it draws in more guys who want to get laid thus they start spending crazy time amounts of money to impress the girls

I’m not a bouncer by any means, but to get an SIA badge, requires intelligence. You don’t just get them handed to you. And most clubs have rules that the bouncers have to follow. So that could mean - any female welcome no matter what they’re dresses in vs guys have to wear formal wear clothing. And usually a 70%-30% female to male ratio etc some do power trip yeah, but if you know you’re going out so just wear something decent init, problem solved. But then again, these KZread peeps seem to think they’re above everyone else and can do what they like…. Well, welcome to the real world u suppose.
