Simon Reeve interview: In search of wilderness worth fighting for

"There are Incredible wilderness areas out there that I think we need to know about", says Simon Reeve, ahead of the release of a new four-part BBC travel documentary, Wilderness with Simon Reeve.
In the program, presented by Reeve, the team seeks out corners of our rapidly urbanising globe so far relatively untouched by humanity. Travelling across rainforests and ice fields, deserts and oceans, they reveal the pressures there and how we might protect them. "We need to understand, we need to protect and we need to fight for" these untouched wilderness areas, says Reeve, "if we are to have any hope of combating climate change and protecting biodiversity".

Wisdom beyond his years, thankfully!
Love Simon Reeve. What an amazing and knowledgeable man he is to have on our tv screen. As we go through such precarious times on our Mother Earth. He is so incredibly passionate about our world and highlights so many good and bad things in his programmes that we all need to know and learn about. Simon is doing his up most to help our Earth, and I applaud that. Thank you Simon you are bliming amazing. 😊

i like this guy's enthusiasm. the next david attenborough, obviously. he reminds me a bit of carl sagan back in the day. hope his show does well :)
I've become a big fan of this young guy, he's a breath of fresh air on the TV scene.
