Deep and profound
I believe as Paul said , Rufus was Chosen by Christ which I believe first happened when he was walking to Jerusalem and Christ turned him around to meet the Roman Soldier , though he came from Cyrene Jesus knew of him by the Holy Spirit , and later had his son Rufus meet up with Apostle Paul who loved him as a Brother. Thank you for your Sermon on Simon of Cyrene.
Maybe Simon's wife was praying for him to meet God
