simon is the best! he has the natural baby face vibe to his personality. if used correctly, he could be a great asset for WCPW.

In real life, Cody seems like an introvert and you can see that he doesn't really like eye contact, but then he goes out to perform and becomes a different guy. Wish him the best and hoping he'll get back to WWE one day getting the push he deserves.

He asked for his release, he didn't get fired. What he did do that irked them came after his release - he posted a long explanation of his time there that painted the WWE in both a positive and negative light, and they definitely didn't like that negative side being exposed...

Dammit, Simon seemed so genuine here, good little interview. Simon, you need to be more like this in the videos where you talk to us!

He and Xavier Woods went to high school together. Xavier told a story about Cody coming up and saying hi to Xavier's parents, after which his parents asked "That was Cody? When did he become nice?" So, apparently he was a bit of a dick in his youth, but matured a bunch.

Partially true. They went to rival high schools and wrestled each other. So there's a good chance he wasn't much of a dick at all but since he went to a rival high school that's how Xavier described him to be

no no he did not he came up as Cody Rhodes part of legacy with Orton and someone else whom I can't remember their name. Stardust came about maybe a year before their (Cody and Dustin goldust) father passed he wanted out of that gimmick a long time ago but WWE wouldn't let him which led to his resignation.

Short but super sweet this video. With Miller in training I think that adds a brilliant an interesting extra dynamic to his interviews with wrestlers (a kin to something like TiJ) and I really hope we see more of this.

Legacy was fucking badass. Shame WWE let go of an idea so good. Now we have shitty stables like New Day and the Usos.

Yeah I agree. They had a chance of putting them in a real feud with the Wyatts and The Club. But in typical WWE fashion they ruin something that could have been really good.

Moxley yeah, I've always seen it as something that's gets bland over tv. But when you're there in the arena, the New Day routines is the best part of the night. It's an entirely different experience. When I went, most of the crowd kept to themselves..cheered conservatively. it was a pretty boring experience, but when the New Day came out, everyone was dancing with each other and interacting. completely changed my perspective.

Simon is a large human being...

7 years later, this pops up, and it is amazing to see where both men are right now.

Great interview, more of these would be great.

Cody Rhodes genuinely seems like such a nice guy thats so easy to talk to. His interview with Sam Roberts is one of my favorites. It's a shame WWE gave him a terrible gimmick, but good on him for doing his own thing now.

okay, I got say, Blampied and Simon should be doing the interview for WC, they are smooth, charismatic talkers and can actually make an interview sound like a conversation.

My favourite interview since Blampied and Jericho

so weird before I didn't rate cody at all with stardust. But now like a whole new wrestler got my respect and I could see him doing any main event has charisma pouring out of him and a great worker keep it up.
